We will contact you 12 weeks before your arrival to initiate dialogue, and then we will reach out again 4 weeks before your arrival when planning begins. We expect the stay to be fully planned at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Details and adjustments in the last 2 weeks are important to ensure everything is in place before the big day.
