Time for planning
To keep track of the number of attendees and how many we need to prepare for in the meeting room, cook for, and check into rooms, we need good communication regarding your event. We will contact you 12 weeks before your arrival to initiate dialogue, and then we will reach out again 4 weeks before your arrival when planning begins. We expect the stay to be fully planned at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Details and adjustments in the last 2 weeks are important to ensure everything is in place before the big day.
