Hadeland Glass Works is located in Jevnaker, amidst picturesque surroundings at the southern end of Randsfjorden.

Hadeland Glassworks was established on land donated by Mo Farm in Jevnaker, at the southern end of Randsfjorden. The glassworks was founded in 1762, but production did not begin until 1765. There were not enough Norwegian glassworkers, so the company relied on foreign guest workers. Most of them were recruited from Germany.
