Sundvolden is widely known for tasty homemade food. Much of the produce we use come from nearby fjords and locale farmers. Our head chef takes his pride in finding tastes from the nature around the hotel, we also have our own herb garden.

The chef wanted a separate cheese. Sundsvolden cheese was the result, one rødkitt cheese with wild garlic. Last year, won the gold medal in its class.
